This museum-worthy treasure features a gorgeous, hand painted/dyed floral silk chiffon in shades of brown and orange. A timeless silhouette, with a gathered/pleated silk cross-over halter neckline that extends from the waist to backside. Snap/hook closure at back concealed by a beautiful drape. A masterpiece in both design and construction. Off-set slit at lower back left. Beautiful tailoring with a darted bust and nipped waist. Fully lined in satin. Although the label indicates ready-to-wear, make no mistake... this is a fine piece of couture.
